Why the theory of the gene must

   Why the theory of the gene must be revised?

Why we must say the theory of the gene is wrong? Because:

1. We can’t get any organism if only with the gene (genome).

2. We can’t get any replication product (even DNA itself) if only with the gene.

3. We can’t gain any hereditary material including DNA if only with the gene, for

without replication there would be no material inheritable.

4. We can’t get any character if only with the gene.

5. We can’t get any bio-material, firstly DNA, RNA and protein, secondly all the

materials produced by protein through catalysis if only with the gene.

There would be no product, no maker, no creator or builder in the life world.

Because the organism is a product and the transcriptase is the producer, maker,

 creator or builder of the organism.

Just like we must say “the theory of (the plane is only referable to) the blueprint” is wrong. Because:

1. We can’t get any plane if only with the blueprint.

2. We can’t get any character of the plane if only with the blueprint.

3. We can’t get any spare part of the plane if only with the blueprint.

 There would be no product, no maker, no creator or builder in the world.

Because the plane is a product and the production apparatus of the plane factory

is the producer of the plane.

To get any designated product with specifications there must need a married

couple of elements_ blueprint (a passive element) and production apparatus

(an active element). To get an organism, its replication product, its hereditary

material, its character and any material product, we also must have a married

couple of elements _gene (genome) and its suitable transcription apparatus (transcriptase system).

 No one can negate the following fact: the life of every organism starts with its

transcription starting, ends with its transcription ending, without transcription

there wouldn’t be any organism’s life. And the transcription needs a married

couple of elements _gene (genome) and its suitable transcription apparatus (transcriptase system).

Following the theory of the gene people wouldn’t find the origin of the life just like following the theory of the blueprint people wouldn’t find the origin of the plane. The married couple of elements _blueprint and suitable production apparatus come from people(inventor) just like the married couple of elements _gene and transcription apparatus come from RNA [ ∑RNA⁺_S which including mRNA coding for transcription enzymes , rRNA(s), tRNA(s) and ribozyme(s) ]. `2007.6.13.
